【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for analysis of technical requirements related to customer structure, including SOR, function diagram, environmental physical boundary, etc.;
2. Complete product appearance, process, structure, etc. according to customer needs and internal needs In terms of design, complete mechanical simulation, material selection, accessories selection, etc.:
3. Output design documents, including structural parts BOM, 3D data, 2D drawings, assembly drawings, technical product plans, etc., and design Deviation analysis, D-FMEA maintenance, etc.;
4. Assist in mold design,
Evaluate the manufacturability and solve the mechanical processing technology problems in production;
5. Responsible for follow-up molds and early samples of rapid samples, technical communication with suppliers, processing feasibility analysis, tooling sample approval, etc. ;Assist and urge the supplier to close the problems encountered during the sample; complete the prototype production, cooperate with relevant personnel to assemble and debug the prototype;
6. Responsible for product tracking, failure analysis, continuous improvement of product performance, Participate in product problem analysis and improvement, and complete product finalization work;
7. Technical support for tooling and fixture design of automated production line and automatic transformation of production line; technical support for production problems, etc.;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior supervisors Task.
【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering, mechanical design and automation, mechatronics, vehicle engineering and other related majors;
2. Ability to independently design mechanical structures, proficient in using Catia , SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD and other design software;
3. More than three years experience in product structure design, experience in automotive electronics industry structure design is preferred;
4. Understand the calculation of tolerance dimension chain and mechanical analysis, have Risk awareness, quality awareness and cost awareness;
5. Good learning ability, communication ability, adaptability, planning and execution ability;
6. Integrity, good team awareness, able to bear Certain working pressure;
7. Familiar with IATF16949 system flow is preferred.
